Inter’s Curva Nord released an official communication where they critisized the decision of closing the curva and also stated that they will unite to support the team, just as always but the support will most probably be outside of the stadium. The Curva Nord leader Franco Caravita was interviewed in today’s version of Tuttosport and said:
“We don’t want to hurt our team therefore we will avoid the “uh” sounds. We have dark-skinned persons together with us in the Curva who have never hade any problems, but it should be impossible to punish the fans in this way because the people who didn’t do anything are punished as well. This is why we want respect for those who have payed for their season pass in the Curva and who didn’t do anything, who will pay their tickets against Fiorentina? Maybe the football federation? This is starting to become a grotesque question.”

This is really a hard thing to solve without punishing everyone. I guess the only way is for the other fans on the stand, to show there dislike towards the people that is using racist chants. It is in the end up to the big masses of the crowd to take a stand against it. Clarify for those who is shouting that we are not ok with this, this is not what Internazionale is about.
