Yesterday Juventus President Andrea Agnelli made a joke on his official Facebook profile about the fact that Inter is now owned by a group of Indonesian businessmen.

Agnelli wrote that “today on the 15th of October the capital city of Indonesia has been renamed from Jakarta to Jakartone.” Jakartone is a reference to the Italian word “cartone” which means cardboard or paper which in turn is a reference to the Scudetto which Inter were awarded for the 2005/2006 season after Agnelli’s Juventus were stripped of the title and the previous seasons title for their involvement in the matchfixing scandal better known as Calciopoli.

Gazzetta dello Sport report on the frontpage of today’s paper that Andrea Agnelli had informed Massimo Moratti that he was going to do make this joke on Facebook and therefore the two clubs are still friends whilst the supporters of the two teams have attacked each other fiercely online.
