According to SportsDirectNews Mourinho wants a defender in the January transfer window since David Luiz is on his way out. The names that are being mentioned are Ranocchia, Mangala and Varane. SportsDirectNews reports that Ranocchia is the favorite to join Chelsea because he isn’t cup tied and could represent Chelsea in the Champions League.

Ranocchia always need time to adapt to something. If he would have been good enough, his place in the starting eleven wouldn’t ever be in doubt. Im sorry, but he´s not the leader, nor the backbone-type, our defense needs.

If Inter sells Ranocchia, it would definitely the silliest deal. Rano is our future of defense and is our future captain after Zanetti and Cambiasso retire. Campagnaro is not a long-term solution for Inter’s defense. He will be 34 next year! FORZA RANOCCHIA! FORZA INTER!
