According to the Turin based newspaper TuttoSport, in parallel with the search for a striker, Inter also hunts for a winger that would give greater guarantees than those of the declining Alvaro Pereira. The search is however complicated by the lack of buyers for the Uruguayan. “The intermediaries appointed to probe the English market returned with only slight interest from Swansea and Fulham, Inter is hoping that – just like a year ago (Sneijder) – Galatasaray will arrive with the money to complete a deal.”
