Tuttosport this morning suggests that a transfer could be on the horizon between the two Coppa Italia opponents from Thursday night. Udinese are considering purchasing Corinthians right back Edenilson and this could create the possibility for long time Inter target Dusan Basta to arrive in Milano. The paper does mention that the one drawback regarding Basta is that his age (29) does not fit into the profile of players new owner Erick Thohir would like to target. The Indonesian’s preference is for younger players who can be developed whilst at Inter.

What’s so unrealistic? I agree VdWiel an Costa is a little out there.. If Simone joins (witch he almost say everyday he wants to) and Thohir wants a big name Costa could defenitly be that player . Wiel has been linked, bot impossible.
Vidic want out at ManU and is reaching SerieA-age.. Evra is probably at his last season at OldTraford as well. He is also at an age where the biggest of clubs probably won’t invest in him as a starter. At Inter he could start, witch could apeel to him… Xhaka has welcomed the idea of Inter and would be a perfect bye.. Young and very talented.. And Banega is Argentinian, so I’m a little surprised he’s not alreaddy at Inter… I know it probably won’t happen, bit non of those players are completly unrealistic 🙂
Firstly Inter are struggling to sign unknown players like D’Ambrosio so to to think we can sign ANY big name player is optimistic to say the least. Secondly Inter are not going to sign players coming to their end like Evra & Vidic. Thirdly our yearly losses are €70m & Thohirs only priority is to zero that loss so he will not be spending big fees on players like Banega or Costa. We must accept that for the next few years we will build the way smaller clubs do.
