From the pages of Tuttosport there are disturbing reports for Inter coach Walter Mazzarri. Erick Thohir will this week sack Marco Branca for his inability to sell players and offset the cost which has been incurred with the arrival of Brazilian midfielder Hernanes. Not only will this impact upon the budget for next year but it forced the club to pull out of any deals involving the purchase of a striker. Meanwhile should Inter not qualify for the Europa League it is Walter Mazzarri that would be facing the axe. It is important for Thohir’s Inter to make Europe for both financial and technical reasons. Two names are already being mentioned as replacements. A return for former coach Leonardo (Who still has very good relations with ex-president Moratti) and Thohir’s favourite: Ajax coach Frank de Boer.

How can you blame Mazzarri for inter not being able to win a game this year? look at the crap that he has to work with……..what do you expect from a team that has almost 25 foreigners – majority of them South American who have never played in the winter cold before. he has been playing the same soccer for his entire career so what did you expect? that he was going to change once arriving to Inter ?? did you expect a coach like Mourinho to leave his high paid coaching job in England to take a paycut to come back to Inter only to tell the press “what the puck happened to this organization?” This team is junk – just admit it by saying “inter sucks” and then say “Inter will suck for many years to come”
Well look here, ever since Mou’s era comes to end we have change coaches many times. Almost every of them can only met expectation just for half season.
So what’s the point of changing coach..?? we’ve only repeated the same cycles every season.
Some of you have said that Inter now days ain’t gonna be instant team. No high spending, no star players, follow FFP, blah…blah…blah.
But look here, changing coach frequently in such sort time is an act of a glory hunter, ain’t it ..??
And a glory hunter’s favorite team is a team that can turn everything in an instant a.k.a instant team..??

Frank de boer would be the best thing that could happen to inter, sadly he will never come to inter couse he wants to stay at ajax for at least 5 more years,
He will not leave ajax before ajax will regularly reach the quarterfinals of the championsleauge, en when he eventually leaves he will go to barca

Dimitri, I also agree, De Boer would be a good coach and his philosophy would align nicely with Thorir’s regarding young talent.
But right now we have Mazzarri and plenty of points to win before the season is over.
I like the idea and like the Dimitris’s opinion but i also vote to Diego Simeone who is already the top team in La Liga and meanwhile he has said it that he would be happy to coach Inter someday
I agree with Simeone as well.I just think that de Boer is more possible solution. But who knows,if he will win the La Liga and go until 4 or final of Ch.L maybe he will want to leave Atletico as a hero like Mou leave us after treble.So it will be possible.
Just ged rid WM asap,our lovely inter doesn’t fit with 3 defenders,de boer or everyone else who doesn’t use 3 def will be the right choice for us ,napoli is napoli,inter is inter,such different player and style,kovacic is one of the promising talent in thw world but WM can’t optimize his skill ,look at him when strama was in our bench,now he seems playing without his soul and lose his talents
The problem that Mazzarri is too stubborn on his scheme.. Inter don’t have two strong center midfielder like Inler and Behrami at Napoli when Mazzari was there.. We don’t need more defender or attacker anymore.. (WITH RICARDO GABRIEL ALVAREZ WE TRUST !) All we need just a strong tall central midfielder character like Thiago Motta.. (WE SOLD HIM TO PSG !)
Just call strama back,he was the right coach for us last year with outrageous playing style,unfortunely he got his team hit by injuries
Don’t criticize me,pls. It is only my opinion.
But I bilieve that Frank de Boer is great solution for Inter. It was said, when Thohir bought Inter ( and not only now by Tuttosport ), that he liked him to see in Inter.
And i explain why:
1. Mazzari was Moratti choise.
2.de Boer is not old school coach.
3.As holland and as Ajax coach, i am sure that he is more able to exploit our youngsters to support the Thohir project.
4.With him Inter will play most spectacular football and probably use 4-3-3, 4-4-2 or 3-4-3 formation like almost all interisti ask from WM to do (just look Ajax to play).
5.I think he will support every player and will be near them all time like Simeone,Guardiola,Mou and Conte do, with result that we all know.
Maybe it is mistake to change coach now, but if WM will not win next 2 games, we must forget about Europe and everybody will lose their trust to him, even players and it will not be good for a team.
De Boer would be excellent, but he is waiting for a call from Barca..
The only concern i have with de Boer, is that he has no experience with Italy at all. So he would have to get to know the whole primavera squad and all to it before he could get a picture of the club.
Ajax coach. Good choice. Their youth system and scout talent should also follow Inter.
The mistake is thohir’s arrival,he bought inter when moratti had signed mazzarri,but i wont lie that i’m happy with mazzarri’s appointment as coach,although i begin to lose faith of mazzarri now due to inter’s disaster performance right now

Haha, so what – we get another Moratti? One thing I was happy about when I heard that Moratti was leaving was the fact that we won’t change coaches so impulsively now, and now we get this?
I agree with what you are saying, but at the same time, Thorir didn’t pick Mazzarri. If the new owner has a coach he didn’t choose that doesn’t meet the goals he expects (Europe), then I don’t blame him for replacing Mazzarri. Now if if Thorir turns around and fires Mazzarri’s replacement in 18 months, then we have the same coaching mess as before.
