Tuttosport has no doubts, Nemanja Vidic will join Inter. From today’s edition the Turin based daily newspaper reveals the following “The mighty defender of Serbia, Manchester United’s captain, whose contract expires in June has found an agreement with the club of Erick Thohir to sign a two-year contract that will bind him to Inter until 30 June 2016. Vidic, it should be pointed out, will in October turn 33 years old, therefor it’s unlikely that the initial contract will last more than two seasons. ”

What are you on???? Vidic for free is an increddible deal even if he Gets 2 million pound above the “limit”. That just means he “gets the limit” and we bye him for 4 mill. Vidic is a powerhouse, and would easaly be top 5 defenders in Serie A. (Yes he’s prone to injurie, but if he can stay fit… )

33 year old experienced defender with 2-year contract? If it is a free transfer, then it is a normal deal. But I am afraid that his wage demand is high. Keep in mind that he is a done player and Inter is not a retirement house! But if Chivu and Samuel leave Inter this summer (hopefully), free transfer for Vidic is fine.

Campagnaro came when he’s 32 years old. Lucio came when he’s 30 years old. Palacio came when he’s 30 years old. Vidic got quality and he’s free.
