Marco Andreolli was interviewed by Inter Channel regarding his own performance after having played for the first time in a long time.

“I want to thank everyone for all the nice compliments,” said the Inter youth product. “I always try to do my best. When I’m not playing, I’m training in the best way possible to be ready to be called upon to play, which happens when you least expect it. I try to capitalize on every chance I get, I hope to cause the coach headaches this way. I would be very happy if I was given more space during these coming matches. When you’re outside the team for a longer period of time it’s never easy, but the end result is the fruit of the labour you put in. Also Ranocchia has been training at maximum capacity as if he was playing every Sunday and this is rewarded as hard work pays off.”

“This win makes us happy because it gives us a chance to close the gap to those ahead of us in the table, but there are still many matches missing from today until the end of the season so we’re really only thinking about one match at a time.”
