Via their official website, the German side Hoffenheim announced the contract extension of the Brazilian striker Roberto Firminio. It had been widely reported that Piero Ausilio and other members of the Nerazzurri technical staff had been keeping a close eye on the player over the past few months. After renewing his current deal until 2017, it looks unlikely that a move this summer is now on the cards for the talented forward.
