Practically play kovacic nearer opponent’s goal. Hernanes in central mid. Kovacic has good dribble rather than hernanes. But kovacic doesn’t possess long range like hernanes does. Play kovacic behind main 2 strikers. It would be useful.
Long range pass you mean? That’s one of Kovacic’s main weapon.
IMO kovacic isn’t that bad of shooter, hernanes is better shooter by far ofc, however i think kovacic doesn’t utilise his shooting skills too often in match.
