I aren’t sure at all to be honest. What does everyone think? If Ranocchia rates near the top, I’d say keep him. If he’s in the bottom 2 and we can make a decent profit then sell him ABROAD. No way should we let him go to another eerie a side.

Vidic will be the mentor for Ranocchia, so renew his contract would be the safest bet since Samuel and Campagnaro’s fates are still uncertain.
Renew the Frog, he is a solid defender and saved us several times, he can up his game easily and proved so in many occasions.

He is great but will he be a main player next season because we have Vidic and Juan and if WM as he says plays 4-4-2 Ranocchia will end up on bench better to sell him then sign Rolando and we have Anderiolli
Because Rolando is cheaper plus selling Ranocchia will provide a decent cash to invest we are talking no less than 17M euros lower than that we should keep him
Juan can play as a left defender in a 4 back line and Ranno and Vidic together – plus let´s not forget that Vidic is very injurie-prone and there will be enough room for Ranno AND Rolando as well in the defense!
Surely playing Juan as a left back is like Mourinho’s decision to play Chivu there? It would make Juan a weak link—he’s a natural centre back not a full back
