There will be no World Cup for Inter’s Rolando as he was excluded from the final 23-man list, which was revealed by Portugal coach Paulo Bento today. Recent Lazio signging, Helder Postiga, is the only Serie A player present. This is the final squad:
Goalkeepers: Beto (Seville), Eduardo (Braga) and Rui Patrício (Sporting);
DEFENDERS: André Almeida (Benfica), Bruno Alves (Fenerbahçe), Fabio Coentrao (Real Madrid), Joao Pereira (Valencia), Neto (Zenit) Pepe (Real Madrid) and Ricardo Costa (Valencia).
MIDFIELDERS: Joao Moutinho (Monaco), Miguel Veloso (Dynamo Kiev), Raul Meireles (Fenerbahçe), Ruben Amorim (Benfica) and William Carvalho (Sporting).
FORWARDS: Cristiano Ronaldo ( Real Madrid), Eder (SC Braga), Helder Postiga (Lazio), Hugo Almeida (Besiktas), Nani (Manchester United), Rafa (SC Braga), Varela (FC Porto) and Vieirinha (Wolfsburg).

He might have had an ok season at inter, but that doesn’t mean he is World Cup level..
Feel bad 4 him, he deserved to be in the squad, but, when he’s not picked up, its a good opportunity to get him from Porto for lower cost .. if he was going to WC, he could show good parties there and automatically this mean the value with increase. (normally if we want to sing him from Porto, otherwise, feel sorry 4 him) ..

Nani, Quaresma, Varela, Vieirinha and Ronaldo are wingers not centre forwards man… They’ll be playing some variation of a 4-2-3-1 for sure. And they sure have thew players to cut up teams with that.
