Argentina off to the Quarter-finals. Palacio 74th minute sub

The round of 16 match between Argentina and Switzerland ended 1-0 to the South American side following 90 minutes with no goals. Angel Di Maria found the winner in the 2nd period of extra time, just three minutes away from a penalty kick shootout. Rodrigo Palacio came on in the 74th minute.

Ricky Alvarez and Hugo Campagnaro were both un-used substitutes.
