Fcinternews reports about the name for Inter’s defense. Inter is interested in Astori but he seems to be closer to join Lazio. Cagliari’s will is to keep him for another year, but the rumours about Inter leaving him at Cagliari for a year to sign him next season aren’t concrete. Inter has asked for information about Eder Balanta from River, but he is extra communitary which makes a deal harder if Medel is coming. For the rest Inter will value other players if the Rolando deal with Porto doesn’t move forward. There should be no problems with the defense.

Balanta would be a good addition for the squad. The ideal thing would be to wrap up a deal with Riverplate for next season and sign him then.
Medel will be a great signing for Inter.
Not sure we need another RB: Nagatomo and D’Ambrosio can play on both wings so if you add that to Jonathan and DodĂ´, we’re covered on the flanks.
The one priority now is a forward: I really hope Osvaldo won’t come, since he’s a flop (very poor statistics) and a troublemaker. Ibarbo is not good enough for Inter either. I’d rather we spend efforts to keep negotiating for Jovetic (even if it’s a tough deal) than buying an average striker.
Pato is a bet that could be made, but for the moment he’s too expensive of a bet, he needs to agree on lowering his salary. Inter used to chase Leandro Damiao years ago but sadly he’s not an Inter target anymore.
I agree with Kiro on the defense Ranocchia-Vidic-Juan Jesus should be the starting line, with hopefully Andreolli as first substitute, and Campagnaro as the second one, but we don’t need another central defender.
I think our midflied has both quality and a birght future (Guarin, Ricky Alvarez, Hernanes Kovacic, M’Vila, TaĂŻder, Medel hopefully): each one should have a chance to prove it’s worth. They need to improve the way they play together. We released Mundingayi, now we just need to sell Kuzmanovic to Sevilla or Rubin Kazan.

If Inter are really moving to a 4-3-3 next season, we have enough central defenders for a 4-man defense. Vidic and Ranocchia starting already means we bench a very good defender, Juan Jesus, who deserves to play a lot more than Ranocchia. He had a terrific season before he got injured.
Then there’s Andreolli and Campagnaro. Do we really need another stopper?
What we should focus on now is selling players that are surplus (like Kuzmanovic, Ricky, Silvestre, Schelotto) and try to loan out some of the youngsters that have potential to play in the future.
After that it’s all about the attack, since with the arrivals of Medel, M’Vila and Dodo and considering the fact that Taider is staying – the rest of the squad is alright. BUT, we need a forward for the 4-3-3 (my hopes remain for Cerci, or even Pato) and a striker as an alternative to Icardi (Osvaldo?). The forward should come first, though, the sooner we get the starter, the sooner he can start working with Mazzarri and the others at Pinzolo.
Then we can spare time to get an alternative striker like Osvaldo, since we will probably be the only interested side anyway.
for 4-3-1/4-3-1-2 we still doesnt have the needed players… Jonathan and Nagatomo still cant defend, would be a suicide to start with those clowns. D’Ambrosio could do well on the left since he can defend, also JJ could play on the left, but he should be in the middle. at least one more quality RB needed
