Le Sport 10 reports this morning that Colombian defender Eder Balanta of River Plate is currently being tracked with a lot of interest from both Inter and Monaco. Monaco, ready for the Champions League wants to enforce their squad and Inter are also building up for their return to Europa League. Either way, Balanta’s days in Argentina seems to be counted.
