Former Inter coach Gigi Simoni spoke to Corriere dello Sport about the current state of the Nerazzurri: “For me Cerci can be an important element, he’s Italian and above all has great quality”. Simoni then discussed Inter’s chances of landing the Scudetto “I hope the team can challenge for a title but realistically Juventus are stronger and there is also Roma and Napoli”.

Cerci is all whats left now to compete at the high level, although i wish we sign chicharito to have different styled attackers to suit all tactics.
It seems you don’t remember Alessio Cerci.
He was very problematic at Roma and Fiorentina.
Last year was the best year of his career and he scored 15 goals , 7 of them penalties .
Cerci scored more because of counter-attacks.
Inter last 2 years have never concretized an counter-attack.
Biabiany knows Inter better, is faster , is cheaper , is more likely to come .
In January will have another transfer-market.
With Icardi,Osvaldo,Palacio and Botta is OK.
Inter is very good till January everytime, new purchases for second part of season would bring enthusiasm.
You’re right but he was excellent with fiorentina then got benched because he fell out with management. But I can’t agree on biabiany. We’ve brought him back before and he is very quick but he wastes the many chances that he creates and he’s not a pure striker. He’s like a Martins that can’t score! He should stay with parma, that’s the best he will ever be. If only we still had cassano…. If you guys remember pazzo and cassano were the best strike force for samp… and osvaldo was/is rated higher than pazzo (a younger osvaldo kept pazzo benched at viola). We can always dream of a cassano/osvaldo duo… or even better cassano/icardi!!!! Just imagine

Cerci or nothing. Hernandez brings nothing, he had always been overrated and in Italy they will expose him as nothing more than a good player who had a couple hood seasons. Kind of like a worse version of Torres. The guys who say sign hernandez should go the way of the branca 😀
That’s your opinion. Hernandez would shine in Seria A in MY opinion. Because defenses close down and he has great movement and great finisher. Serve A suits his style better than Premier League.

If Inter lands Medel, Osvaldo and Cerci, then we can definitely fight for the scudetto. We desperately need a goal scoring winger like Cerci! Palacio-Icardi-Cerci trio, supported by Kovacic, M’Vila and Hernanes will be a fearful combination in Serie A! With acquisitions of Vidic, Dodo, M’Vila, Osvaldo, Medel and Cerci, we can win SCUDETTO!!!
