The Guardian newspaper claim that Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid are lining up a £25 million double swoop for two Manchester United players. Javier Hernandez (very much liked by Inter) and the Japanese midfielder Shinji Kagawa are believed to top the La Liga champions wishlist. Louis van Gaal will notify those players he doesn’t wish to keep in the next 48 hours and Hernandez is expected to be one of those. Inter remain vigilant on the Mexican but may find it difficult to compete with the side from the Spanish capital.
