The law about the territorial discrimination has changed. After the first meeting of the council, Tavecchio changed article 11 and 12 who claimed that the racial discrimination and territorial discrimination are going to be judged the same. Now the clubs will have to answer for these types of insults, but according to Tavecchio the clubs will have to respond gradually and without any immediate closure of their Curva. The council has decided that the clubs won’t be held responsible and won’t have to answer drastical decisions by the courts because of songs from the fans.
