Sampdoria looking at Silvestre and Balanta?

According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio Sampdoria are currently looking for a defender. Lisandro Lopez  of Benfica is of particular interest as he is well liked by Mihajlovic but Silvestre has been offered to Samp by Inter. Sampdoria are also said to be looking at Roma’s Romagnoli along with Colombian Eder Balanta to fill out their roster before the season begins.
