I think you inter fans are missing the point here……..the team desperately needs a striker….yes, a STRIKER!! Inter has defenders on their roster their priority is not buying a guy that will bump Ranocchia to the bench……….take it easy on Ausilio he’s got a tight budget to work with and with the league-EL-coppa italia do you really think 4 strikers is enough? we all know mazzarri, he will burn out palacio, Osvaldo will be ineffective, icardi will play every game and Bonazzoli will not play a single game. What Inter needed is a guy is Longo to play or even develop Bonazzoli but Mazzarri is an old man that can’t develop young talent………
Poor Rolando. Porto is killing this guy. Inter should have offered 4-5m to secure this guy. He is 29 years old and can play 2-3 years in a top level. He proved it last season. I think it was a mistake by Thohir, Mazzarri and Ausilio who did not pay more attention on getting him back to Inter.
we have FIVE defenders, plus one youngster and Medel for the backup.
so 7 players to cover 3 spot, we have more than enough defenders.
why we must spend extra to stock a ‘surplus’?
we can signed rolando for free in next transfer windows and Campagnaro will run out contract next season.

I really like rolando, I’m minority that had hope in him when he came first time and everybody were skeptic and cynical.
but, we have quite solid defenders even without him.
so if we can get him, that would be great.

Inter betray this guy. Am an inter fan but it is the reality he was one of the best defender last year andbeven score goal.
I really wanted to see him playing for us this season but Hugo thinks hes some kind of Maldini or Cannavaro at the age of 34.
We should have offloaded Campagnaro earlier and signed him without any hesitant. He was fond about Inter and he was our best defender last year, but I don’t know what he feels now about Inter especially after WM failed to keep his promise to bring him in. It would be a grande catenaccio for year when Vidic – Juan – Ranocchia with Rolando as the decent backup. But it will not happen. So sad we miss him, it would be a great transfer markets if he arrived.
See, this is what i mean by illogical fans. WTF It has to do with Frikken Mazzari ? Clearly we want him, Mazzari is the one who make Rolando a starter & also our best defender last season.
