Juan Jesus: “I want to thank everyone”

Juan Jesus was interviewed by Inter Channel after the convincing win against Sassuolo at the San Siro.

“I want to thank everyone, including the strikers who helped out in defense. Andreolli? He somehow manages to always be ready when called upon and sooner or later he will be a starter. Today he played really well. The coach asks us to be a bit meaner but he also wants us to play with quality. With Medel we are mean and we want to do well. My new look is horrible? It’s my choice let’s leave it for now [laughs].”

Then Marco Andreolli walked into the interview and said: “We won because we prepared well for the match, despite many players being away on international duty. If we play like this we will be a tough side to beat for all teams.”

Finally Juan asked Andreolli what his plans are for this evening to which Andreolli replied: “Nothing, I’m going to be home with my fiancé and my parents.”
