The problem at current team is Mazzarri. Why? Because of following reasons:
1. Inter does not have true wingers who can defend and attack. Nagatomo, Dodo and Jonathan do not know how to defend. In addition, they are not good enough to attack and provide great crosses and passes to strikers. The only good full backs at Inter are D’Ambrosio and M’Baye. At least they know how to defend. In this situations, WM always use 3-5-2 formation, but his two wingers are almost useless in the long-run (their games are not sustainable, I mean).
2. Center backs: Performances by Ranocchia and Juan Jesus have been improved a lot this season, but Rolando is not here, Andreolli is so-so, Campagnaro is injured. In this case, Vidic has been bringing a lot of trouble in our central defense. He is a team-killer indeed.
I will not blame Kovacic, Hernanes and others because they are trying their best.
It is actually a coach’s job to sustain the team spirit, maintain balance, use suitable formations and choose optimal players. WM should be fired ASAP along with his beloved useless mediocre such as Vidic, Jonathan, Nagatomo and Kuzmanovic.
