After having lost 4-2 against AS Roma at the Stadio Olimpico in Italy’s capital, Inter captain Andrea Ranocchia was interviewed by Inter Channel.

“I prefer never to score as long as we win. We’re a bit unfortunate today because we did some good things but we have to work hard on the new playing system. We were good to come back twice but then we made some mistakes, myself included, so we have to take the positives from this.”

“If this defeat was any different from the others this season? There were moments when we put Roma under a lot of difficulties, we must improve the things that weren’t good. What we regret? The fact that we came back from behind twice then maybe Mazzoleni could have blown his whistle before they scored their goals but I haven’t seen the replays yet so I don’t want to say too much. I spoke quietly with the referee and he told me that there weren’t any fouls committed so there’s nothing more to add.”
