SportMediaset reports that Inter has asked Real Madrid about Illaramendi. The midfielder is on the bench and isn’t getting playing time and this is why Inter could be interested in signing him. Milan has also asked Real Madrid for the midfielder but it doesn’t seem like the move will be done. For the defense Inter is still thinking about Rolando, but Mancini seems to have asked for Nastasic from Manchester City.

Probably Inter can’t get Illaramendi because Real Madrid doesn’t release him and Ancerroti estimates him highly.So get Paulinho from Tottenham.

Illaramendi not impossible if Madrid sign Lucas Silva in January, but still very difficult. I’d take him over Lucas Leiva any day of the week, though.
And I completely agree with Mancini for Nastasic over Rolando.
I’d go with lucas instead of illaramendi. Inexperinced young players wont solve our problem. Moreover he’s a spanian whoch rarely make it in serie A. At least lucas has more experience and hold ban captain.

Yep, I personally like Banega too, but he does very stupid things sometimes, acts a little selfish on the pitch.

lucas is I would say the same as medel 90% accurate passing all to the first to himself without creativity and that we dont need
An ideal DM will be like Cambiasso, who good in reading the game, great intercept, can command the midfielder, and good tackle.
Medel is aggresive and a bit fast, but for me the profile like cambiasso is the player that we need. I don’t know about Lucas and Illa, maybe both of them have this kind of profile. How about Paulinho in Totenham? Is he got a playing time right there?

There could be a change in trends on the cards, and Illaramendi is simply the better player between the two, he just isn’t getting the chances to prove it at Madrid.
Lucas Leiva has terrible problems with fitness, which worry me much more than Illara’s adaptability.
I believe that Lucas will be much easier to get, though. Don’t know if we can afford Illaramendi anyway.

Lucas Leiva is just another washed out PL player with exaggerated wages, i doubt he’ll do much better than what we have now..
Rolando and Nastasic would both be good buys. I’d prefer Rolando as he’s already played here with pretty much the same group of players and done very well.
If Rolando can’t get in to the first team at Porto and no other top euro team has come in for him, must b a reason. We don’t want quantity we want quality that is what were lacking.
Exactly, he hasn’t played since leaving Inter, might have been one of the better last season but mainly cause we sucked big time. He is mediocre at best, no player for the future what so ever…
