In the UK they are certain: Roberto Mancini wants Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon. The 27 year old has started just three league games since Mauricio Pochettino arrived at the club from Southampton last summer. According to the Sunday People Inter would be willing to offer Colombian international Fredy Guarin in exchange. The article describes Inter’s offer as a ‘career lifeline’ for the former Leeds speedster.

so, we are gambling now ?
look for better options
Gervinho didn’t know the league too, but he is very good. So it is a risk.Maybe he will be very good maybe not.But we don’t have something to lose if we swap him with Guarin, because Guaro this season is not good at all, almost in all games.
I used to like Lennon a lot, he is exstremly fast, technically strong, is all right in defense a has some really fine crosses – BUT he doesn’t know the league, langue, mentality or what Italian football is all about (aka Vidic).Plus is very injury-prone (right?)So I think we should keep looking!
Maybe we could get Nani who’s playing at home in Portugal! He’s a great winger, with a great shot, okay in defense and someone who knows what football is about in southen europe – plus he also knows the langue of many of our players!
