Spanish daily Superdeporte compares the takeover by Peter Lim of Valencia to that of Erick Thohir’s. According to the newspaper, Lim, who is from Singapore, has already surpassed Erick Thohir in terms of investment in the squad. While Inter’s owner has so far spent 28 million euros in two markets, Lim exceeded that figure even before formalizing his takeover by signing only two players in Andre Gomes and Rodrigo.

the only club that can spend that much is major EPL and la liga or other club with big names and constant CL participation (huge income from this alone) which why they have healthy financial from ticket selling, tv rights, jersey sell especially EPL club that has huge popularity worldwide, you can’t really compare each team based on how much they can spend without knowing the situation of each and every team mentioned
