Inter have been interested in Yevhen Konoplyanka for some time now. According to TalkSport the Ukranian winger’s father has already met with Inter to discuss his son’s future. It is also reported that Inter have failed to meet the Dnipro star’s wage demands. Konoplyanka currently earns 1.2 million dollars a year and would like an increase if he is to join the Nerazzurri. Inter, who are currently struggling with issues regarding Financial Fair Play are not willing to splash the cash on large salaries.

I think that Konoplyanka is a great talent. I would love to see him wear the Nerazzurri shirt but now it seems unlikely. Inter are unable to spend big on salaries and unfortunately Konoplyanka demands a big salary. Hopefully Ausilio can strike a deal with the player’s father and bring the winger to Inter.

That’s bullshits! You know why? If Konoplyanka now earns 1,2 million dollars, that’s around 1 million euros. And if he wants to increase that, i don’t think that will be very hard for us to give him 1,5 million euros, that’s 50% increase. As supposed i know players like Campagnaro makes 1,6 million for year, Kuzmanovic 1,5 million, Nagatomo 1,3 million, Jonathan 1,2 million. Doesn’t have to mention, how much will ask Konoplyanka competitors Lavezzi, Podolski, Cerci, etc.

All it takes is a rumor in the news without specific details for you to go and talk crap about the club. What kid of fan are we? Lest wait till the end of the mercato window and then we can criticize or praise. This guy is pretty good and he is 25 so he is at an age when he needs to start making big bucks. I am sure he is not going to sign for less than 2.0. And also sure Inter management is aware of than, but that doens’t mean they are going to offer 2.5MM right away. We are not Real Madrid or Barcelona, so let’s wait and see what happens.
As i said in my comment if we did not have players like Silvestre then we would be able to afford his wages and that falls squarely on the shoulders of our management. We are literally paying mediocre players millions of dollars not to play

I agree that we are in a tight spot and fully realize our situation, but he currently makes a bit less than 1 million € per season. IMO, a satisfying increase would be lets say 1,5 million, which is not that much when you consider how much we are paying Vidič, Guarin and so on. Get rid of either one and there are no problems, salary wise.

I’m not aware the situation with, but the likes of Vidic and Gurin have huge salaries and their contribution to the team is almost zero. Maybe we’ll be able to offload them in January, but will be to late to get quality players then, i suppose.
