The multi-functional midfielder is likely to be Mancini’s first acquisition of his second reign in Milano.

L’Equipe’s online edition reports that the French player of Malian descent is in direct contact with the club. He has met, and spoken with Mancini in Milan. What is most eye opening, however, about this news is the contract idea: six-months, with an option for renewal.

Author’s note: Playing it safe with that contract, if that is what we’re going with here. I like that, especially for a player that has something to prove after his glory days.

Are you excited to see Lass joining (in all probability)? How do you feel about that contract idea?
