The transfer portal reports that Inter have agreed with Shaqiri, and only small bonuses are left to be finalized for a full contract agreement. They have also gathered that Inter have made new contacts with the player after agreement, and are now approaching the club officially.
On Wednesday the player’s entourage is expected to summit with his club. Inter is planned to meet with Bayern officials after his meeting in order to complete the deal.

Every time Inter wants a player newspapers write that the player wants just Inter and every time he goes somewhere else. If this is true that Liverpool is offering money right away and a bigger wage, I don’t understand why Inter doesn’t want to match that wage offer, 3.5 mil is nothing for a player of his calibre. I guess it’s because some genius decided to give 5 mil and more a year to Palacio, Guarin and Vidić..
If this is the current situation I don’t see him joining Inter, Liverpool is offering better salary, money upfront and they have a better team and they could still reach CL spot. Only thing they are not offering is guaranteed place in the first 11 but i’m sure that he believes that he could earn that place, he’s much better player than Lallana and Marković.

you dont become rich with large incomes but by small expenses.. 1 million here and there becomes a lot.

Look at Juve, player who make them right at the top is surprisingly cheap. Also Milan who undeniably plays better than last season consist new player bought under the bosman rules.

I know we must invest, but unless we get money by selling other players, what do you suggest? Vidic and palacio earn 3.2 meanwhile guarin 3. Our wage limit is 3.5. If we can only offer him wage in region of 2.5-3m, I think it’s enough. Shaqiri was eager to change club due to lack of playing chance, not high wage or CL or whatever. Inter can give him a guarantee for starting spot. Moreover, mancini is more charming rather than rodger.
Anyway, just wait and see.. it’s just media speculation afterall. One thing for sure, I know inter and mancini are serious for this shaqiri deal and will do their best to get his signature.
I hope this deal goes through. If we get Shaqiri and Diarra for midfield, I have no doubts this team’s performances will considerably improve and we might get that boost we need to be get that third place spot.
