The future of Ezequiel Lavezzi is up in the air. The PSG attacker has fallen out with his club and seems destined to leave Paris. After PSG’s 3-0 victory over Montpellier, in which Lavezzi did not even play, Lauren Blanc said that, “We [PSG] will buy, sell, and loan players this January.” La Gazzeta Dello Sport reports that PSG have lined up multiple replacements for the Argentine. Names such as De Bruyne (Wolfsburg), Januzaj (Manchester United), Gaitan (Benfica), Brahimi (Porto) and Ntep (Rennes) have all been linked with a move to Paris. If PSG are to sign any wingers in January, then it is certain that Lavezzi will leave.

Author’s note: To be completely honest I think that I have almost given up on Lavezzi. The Argentine is incredibly talented but he recently stated that he often considers quitting football. This might be a scheme to leave Paris but I would not want someone who does not even want to play football on my team. Another reason why I have almost given up on Lavezzi is the alternatives. I would prefer if Inter signed one of Ivan Perisic, Xherdan Shaqiri, or Keita Balde instead of Lavezzi. This is just my opinion. Do you guys want Lavezzi at Inter?

Shaqiri>lavezzi>perisic>Keita. Quality player>talent at this moment. You only need a few real talents in the team such as jesus, kova, and icardi which will be sold for high price and looking for other better players.. you cant win with a bunch of youngsters no matter how talented they are. Just look at munchen, madrid, and any other champions team. They are consist of mostly matures and several real talents. Juve? Only pogba, and even he’s an exceptionally one with 70m price tag. I know young talent looks promising, but we cant make a leap without the real pillars in each lines.
To be honest, we’re not getting Lavezzi no matter what if we get Shaqiri, so it’s a rather pointless discussion as long as the Shaqiri deal is pretty much on.

Please No. He is old, with huge salary and lack of motivation. If he arrives on free transfer, he might be useful for one year. But with Poldi here, and expected arrival of Shaqiri, he’ll be too luxury asset.
You simply read my mind!!… What kind of professional footballer says publicly that he thinks about quiting football.. When you retire you say these sort of things at least. Inter should just focus on shaqiri, which seems a bit unreal to me, due to our low revenues and that we have players on loan that would be bought at the end of season. Then again, if he arrives we might be able to qualify for champions league and get some serious dough

IMO Shaqiri > Perisic/Keita/Lavezzi(might preffer the first two due to age).
