Inter’s move for Shaqiri will continue into tomorrow as reported by Luca Marchetti of Sky.
“In the journey Inter will take in Germany tomorrow it will inevitably be necessary to bridge the gap between the supply and the demand for the Swiss player. It is really worth paying extra few millions for a player like Shaqiri, they shouldn’t miss this chance when they come this close to the end.
This is turning to typical Inter signing saga. So many days have passed now that I am fairly sure, that our chances to sign him have dipped to about 30%. In the end we will sign Susic or Sinclair or some mediocre player, like usually, because we couldn’t close the deal on a better player. Don’t they ever ask themselves, what is better for the club, 5-10 million transfer for a mediocre or a 15 million transfer for a quality player. Even if it costs more, in the long run, its a better solution and will pay off. With Nike helping us in the deal, this should have been closed yesterday.
call me a skeptic but I will not believe any of this until it is officially anounced. There seems to be clubs with a lot of money wanting shaqiri as well. I hope that we can get him because then inter will have a complete offense but I do not want to get my hopes up to much.

If Inter or Liverpool are close to closing this deal then it should be over tommorow or he’s not going to Dubai. If the deal is close I don’t see the point of him flying to Dubai then coming back in a few days to sign the contract..

Maybe Ausilio should not risk playing the cat and mouse game again and just secure him before someone steals him. Too much depends on this guy, we cannot afford to lose him.
I think we need to hurry up and close this deal. Theres really no sense in it takin this long. He wants us, we want him, just pay Bayern what they want cause theyre undervaluing him anyway and get Shaq here now before we mess around and let Liverpool sign him.
