Inter legend Mario Corso who won eight titles with La grande Inter during 60’s talked about Xherdan Shaqiri. Corso who was called “God’s left foot” praised the Swiss International’s left foot:
“Shaqiri is a great player and he has a great left foot. He will become very important for Inter today and also in the future. I hope that he can adapt quickly, then if a players is good he shouldn’t have any problems in adapting. Shaqiri can beat his man and this is something that the team has been missing. With Shaqiri and Podolski, Inter can take a jump in quality, even though something is still missing on the midfield.”
