Former Celtic, Norwich and Chelsea striker Chris Sutton was emphatic in his condemnation of the Scottish Champions tactics in Europe this season when he spoke to the Daily Record. “The record defensively in Europe has been woeful and this is on top of Craig Gordon’s heroics time after time,” Sutton continued “This isn’t rocket science and everyone can see it but if Celtic do not learn the lessons from Legia Warsaw and the Europa League campaign in general then the Inter Milan tie could be over in the first 20 minutes. This isn’t a great Inter team and Celtic have a decent chance of going through if they can adapt the way they play.”
