While Genoa is hot on the trail of Dani Osvaldo, he is not the only Inter player that the Ligurian club is negotiating for.
Matri’s situation causing an increased likelihood of Osvaldo moving to Genoa. The Italo-Argentine player’s agent is in Italy and will be meeting with the parties necessary. The club are also looking at Federico Bonazzoli and George Puscas due to their well-known injury crisis. The two forwards have broken into the first team this year and are drawing attention to themselves. Inter would not be opposed to the Griffoni making advances, but only under certain conditions.
Mancini’s system does not call for multiple strikers, and depending on incoming attackers, the youngsters may find no more minutes. Also depending on incoming transfers, Podolski could fill in for Icardi should there be a need for such a move. In this case Palacio would slot into the wing spot opposite that of Shaqiri.
The Nerazzurri would listen to offers for loans with options and obligations to buy, as long as buy-back clauses are set in stone first. Inter are no longer interested in seeing their youth products or young talents leave for cheap to become great elsewhere. The Milanese club would like the players to gain experience with the guarantee that they can redeem the players. The club views it a waste to keep the duo at the Primavera level as good as they are, and the players themselves would like to make more of their talents.

How do you feel about a possible deal for the two players? Comment below.

I would be so fucking mad if either Bonazzoli or Puscas get sold.
Bonazzoli has to be looked after. If we loan him it should only be a temporary loan. He should be penciled in for the first team within two years. Both he and Puskas are immensely talented and it would piss me off no end to see us sell them and watch them turn into legends at some other club
Agree 100%. Loaning a young player is not always a good option. It the player goes to a crappy team with a crappy coach he can flop. I think Bonnazoli is too promising to be sent to another team. I would like to have both of them under Mancini at least through the end of the season.
Sell osvaldo, loan out puscas and keep bonazzoli… oh and sell khrin and kuzmanovic and get a cheap forward and a good RB
Mancio plays with one striker therefore a team must have 3 strikers in the squad to cover injuries, fatigue etc. At the moment we have 6 attackers although 3 of them (Podolski, Shakiri and Palacio) are used in the wide sides of the attack. Then we have 3 strikers that can serve as lone strikers in Mancini’s system. Icardi, Osvaldo and Bonazzoli. I have written several times that i do not want Osvaldo to leave as i believe he still has a lot to offer but if Mancini believes he cannot work with him he must leave and we must get another striker. Destro is a nice option as he came from Inter youth teams and he can serve as a homegrown player in Europe. For Bonazzoli i would suggest to go on a loan with no options in order to get some playing time. I believe he is a top 5 player in Italy under 20.
I’m expecting us to get a darn good attacker if we’re giving all three away this winter.
bonazzoli he has a potential to become a great player. I would have feel better if time to time mancini gives him 5-10 minutes of play.
Inter;s primavera players they’ve always been a target for the other clubs, so I hope that they only loan players with no obligiation for the other clubs to buy because in the future we’ll need them for sure.
only loan
if there is a buyback clause.. then its fine. because they definetly wont start
Sounds like a good plan.
