During ‘Aspettando calciomercato’ on Sport Italia, Alfredo Pedulla responded to  a question from an Interista regarding Matteo Darmian and Lucas Lieva:

“You can not buy every player.  I think that Inter have revised their market strategies in light of what we saw yesterday.  Injuries to Campagnaro, D’Ambrosio, Andreolli, Nagatomo and the departure of Mbaye means that the Nerazzurri will shift their focus from the midfield to the defense.   We think that Inter need a fullback.  Inter is making progress regarding Murillo, whose arrival was scheduled for June, but the club utilized a “confusing tactic.” A fullback has to be the priority.”
