Daniele Adani spoke to “Sky Sports” about the introduction of Mancini’s methods at Inter. The player expressed that Mancini should be given at least ten months and two mercato’s to show his worth to Inter. Moreover, judgement on this Inter should come no sooner than September 2015.
According to Adani, Mancini is asking for the team to play in a way that is not common in Italy, with possession beginning with the keeper. Moreover, the team is currently in a transition phase and needs time to adjust.

IMO, i don’t think now is the perfect time to force a new method and tactic to the player.. for now inter just need a positif result.. we can’t be in our position now.. if Mancini still in this team in July, i don’t mind he introduce the new method..
I believe that with a couple of good signings in the summer we can become next year scudetto contender! I’d like to see murillo and darmian added to the defence and yaya toure and lavezzi in midfield with ether dybala or vietto playing along side icardi in the 4-1-3-2 formation
i can’t see balance in mancinis inter. he’s forcing the formation on the players, not trying to fit a formation thats best for the players right now. a 4312 or 433 would be the best choice in my opinion. Formations built around our star players and they are up and coming and are only getting better. that is: handa, kovacic, jesus, icardi, shaqiri. for me its a privilege to have those in inter, these are players with great ability and potential.

kovacic. must play between to players in a 3-man mid. hernanes and brozovic/guarin would be best. from there he could bring the ball from defense to attacking positions. this is the real kovacic, not the one everyone else is trying to force him to be.
shaqiri. can play att. mid and right wing. good in both positions. regardless of inters troubles, what i have seen from him until now is actually very good. hitting the post, creating trouble and are fast. imo he’s best on the wing
icardi. a class poacher inter should do anything to keep. he’s 21 (more or less) and are alert, steals back passes, shoots great. imo the perfect forward. we can’t loose him now, in a couple of years/the future he will emulate the great milito. he’s that great.
inter have a great team, but i don’t believe in putting players out of position. inter should not play with a midfield of 2.

Juventus plays all the way from the back but they do it with class. They are confident. That is key. Our players do not want to give anything away – they are scared to – so they are not creative, not fast and play the simple passes – hence a predictable game. I’ve seen this inter recently playing the ball from side to side, or front to back opposed to playing it forward through creative and quick passes. Kovacic a bright light – isn’t playing the way he used to anymore. Guarin – I understand Mancini in trying to give him continuous match time and trying to build his confidence but he snit the Guarin we used to know – slow, indecisive and not confident. There is so much to say about this Inter which I’m not going to… But I do have faith in Mancini – its just that this Inter has been coaxed with a spell affecting their confidence!

Now we shouldn’t just be like oh someone said give him time, lets all hail him but I do agree that Mancini knows more about the team than any one person on this site or any other…if he says the team are progressing, he probably sees that they are playing the way he wants…but that being said…this style needs to have fruits of labour and given that Italy is far more tactical…the possession game will be difficult…BUT if he can pull it off…Inter can compete on all fronts…we shall see! My prediction tomorrow that Napoli will pressure us so hard that we will be confused…pressure is our worst enemy!
