According to Clarin, Mauro Icardi has one foot out the door at Inter. The Argentine newspaper has outlined that the player’s disagreement with the Nerazzurri curva is adding to the reasons why Icardi would like to leave the club sooner than later. Moreover, the paper also reports that the Special One is seducing the player towards Chelsea. With the renewal of his contract becoming more and more difficult it is looking like Icardi may be gone as soon as June.

I believe that if Icardi leaves, we should buy Salomon Rondon. He has been playing great in Zenit
Now this is interesting, every player who made quite scene on the field getting axe so easily.
Are intend to applied military discipline here ?
A guy who steals his friend’s girlfriend don’t deserve to wear Inter colors anyways. Sell him for good penny and find something new.
I think Icardi and Handanovic will leave this summer. Then, the scout should work hard from now to find 2 strikers: one with good experience, and another one is wonderkid like Icardi. Altough, we have Ze Turbo already.
Well he is no doubt has a great talent. But we as inter fan often overrate our own players. He is great, but there is no way his value is more than 20-25 million pounds. Dont forget, he still doesnt have any champions league experience either.
sell for 40 million …get Jovetic for 20 mil + Fabian schar + another winger coz Podolski probably gonna fail
He would be a loss, but not ireplaceable.. He would Get lost on the Chelsea bench thou.. Absolutly a bad move for Icardi himself… He’ll end end up like Balotelli if he moves now..
Going to chelsea would be a big mistake, how is he gonna compete with costa!?
I wouldnt mind Inter selling Icardi to a club coached by a former Nerazzurri coach that lead us to a memorible 2010 Treble season. If the reports are true Inter can’t sell Icardi for no less then 45 million Euros to Chelsea and a buy back clause in the transfer. That would give us transfer funds to fund a possible transfer of Ciro Immobile which would be I believe about a tranfer fee of no more then 15 million Euros a more suitable replacement for the departing Icardi. Inter shouldn’t stop there with rumors surrounding Handa he can be sold for no less then 20 million Euros and be replaced by the Nerazzurri youngster Francisco Bardi returing from loan and sign free agent Argentine #1 shot stopper Serigio Romero from Sampdoria ( wont cost them a transfer fee). Now with the Handa money and the remainder of the Icardi money sign the Argentine duo of Luciano Vietto and Paulo Dybala, because Podolski will go back to Arsenal when his loan deal is done and Palacio isn’t getting any younger. We also need to look to make the D solid in front Nagatomo, Campagnaro and Vidic are aging as well as the inconstancy of Johnathan, Andreolli and Ranocchia we need to refresh the back line. Murillo is a good start and him being good young quality defender that has the skill set to become a player like former Inter defender Ivan Cordoba it might be a steal. I also like Inter bring back one of there own in Davide Santon which if he can bring back him old form he should be signed on a long term deal. Inter DEAD WOOD players that must be sold this summer should be Nagatomo (5 million Euros), Campagnaro(Free Agent), Vidic(8-10 Million Euros), Andreolli(3-5) Million Euros, Johnathan(2-4 Million Euros), Kuzmanovic(5-7Million Euros) Hernanes (10-12 Million Euros) Alvarez(7-10 Million Euros), Taidar(5-7 Million Euros) Schelotto(5-7 Million Euros) I even say Ranocchia can be sold for a good 15-18 million. If Ausilo can sell these players we can have enough transfer funds to rebuild Inter and strengthen our offense and defense. Inter have already have a deal rumored with PSG for a swap deal involving Lavazzi and Guarin which Inter should be looking at a deal involving Italian defensive stalwart Marco Verratti rather then Lavazzi. Ausilo should focus his attention to players playing in the peninsula, A few of the Udinese players have been a revelation this season in Thomas Heurtaux, Silvan Widmer and Allan. The Frenchmen Heurtaux has been a very versatile player playing in a defensive midfield role and being the main pillar in the heart of the Udinese back line. Silvan Widmer has been mostly playing in his natural right back role but has also been deployed on either side of the pitch in defense and midfield at times and played well. Brazilian Allan his been Udinese’s dynamic midfilder thus far this season with his good tackling skills in the middle of the pitch and had improved his passing and dribbling since coming to Serie A from Vasco Da Gama. Roberto Pereyra(At loan to Juve for the season) the versatile Argentine midfield with his qualities and skill set similar to that of the Chilean Arturo Vidal. Palermo’s Ezequiel Munoz the Argentine has been the backbone of the Sicilian outfits back line and has improved his defensive skills through the years and still a mere 24yr he can still develop into a quality defender for both club and country. Sampdoria’s Roberto Soriano young Italian midfielder to the San Siro with him being a main contributor to his clubs success and Italian Coach Antonio Conte calling him up for his national team debut means his stock is rising, but with the recent sale of Alfred Duncan and Federico Bonazzoli to Sampdoria there could be a deal between the two clubs in the summer for Soriano. I believe it can be a profitable summer transfer window for the Nerazzurri and the players I mentioned would bring immediate impact to the Nerazzurri and with there age’s would have continued in the rebuilding project that Thorir wants at the San Siro.
so…we sell all our player then rebuild a new again?
well..i’m not agree with you :p
People seem to forget what type of players Mourinho demands in his squad – all his players including strikers like Costa and Etoo previously work very hard off the ball – Icardi is a great finisher no doubt but he contributes nothing off the ball.
Yes, the problem is Mourinho wants his striker to drop very deep to help defense or get the ball also hold the ball upfront. He even sell Juan who’s at the time is one of Chelsea best peformer because of his lack defensive contribution.
Well Icardi have amazing positioning and eyes for goal. But he also misses a lots of easy chance. Also often MIA in a match where we outplayed by the opponents….
And he just 21 years old and have much room to develop. Maybe he can reach his potential in 2-3 years, both under Mourinho in Chelsea or Mancini in Inter.
If I had to choose between Icardi, Kovacic, and Handa, I’d sacrifice Icardi for a large transfer sum on summer. His talent is undoubted but his off-the-field issues continue to grow.
He is an amazing player and a stupid kid, like it or not he will be like this for long time I would love to see him out if Inter for 65$ and replace him with Paulo Dybala
I would not mind seeing him go to Chelsea to become one of the feared strikers under Mourihno, as long as we have a buy back clause in there.
Like Mauro want to meet the curva again if he become a great bomber
