Although the January transfer market has just ended, Inter are still active in the market are are looking to bring in some new players for June. The Fifa agent of Edin Dzeko and Ezequiel Lavezzi, Claudio Avantario, spoke about the chances of his clients joining Inter:
“Dzeko will be difficult because if Manchester City decide to sell him, there will be a lot of competition. His price tag will also be quite high. Lavezzi could go to Inter. They have wanted him for a long time and I think that negotiations could be successfully concluded this summer. There are many different options for Icardi. His performance in the upcoming months could result in many offers being made for him. Why not Jovetic – Gignac – Ayew? Two of them would be free agent this summer. While Jovetic would be an amazing upgrade to Podolski. He looks really unsettled at Man City after Bony arrived.
Dzeko is too expensive for us, Lavezzi is too old for a winger. Better to spend more money for excellent defenders and solid full backs next summer.
And don’t forget to offload most of excess garbage that do not add any values to the team. We all know the name lists.
I’m tired of this Lavezzi, we are on him for 5 years now and getting him at this point would be stupid.
I feel like lavezzi = podolski at this point. Their styles are different sure (speed vs power), but they are about the same type of player. We dont need two aging wingers
I think we could get Jovetič easier since he was left out of the CL list by City and probably feels a bit left out, now that Bony has arrived. Since they have Džreko, Jovetič, Bony, Aguero and such strikers they may want to agree to a bargain. Only in the case if Icardi is sold though.
