“It was a quite strange game, we started off well by scoring two goals, then we lost our course. They found some confidence and they equalized. It wasn’t one of our best games but if you consider the three away goals, it was a good result for us”. That is what Rodrigo Palacio had to say to the microphones of Sportmediaset after the 3-3 draw at Celtic Park. “We made lots of mistakes, but there are still 90 minutes left to play and they will be played at home: we can make it. My ankle? It’s not that it doesn’t hurt, but now it is simply bothering me instead of being really painful. I can run better now than before but I am still not 100% fit”.

Inter should play Puscas or Kovacic in place this elderly What does the weak inter and Ranocchia and Palacio, Kuzmanovic
Next match, I wanna see puscas… I know palacio scored 2 goals and all but still, he can’t do anything without the other team rewarding him
Palacio has been leaving his golden era. We really can’t ask him more. Grande Rodrigol.
If we had last year’s palacio, we’d be killing it right now.
Let puscas play!
I’m starting to think his ankle is just a metaphor of his confidence..
AHA! We’re on the same page
Somehow I knew the chance he missed in the second half would haunt us. But I really can’t ask more of him since he scored as many goals in one game as he had score for half a season.
Excuse me, but despite two goals from Palacio, first when defender can’t clear the ball after lucky ricochet goes to Palacio’s feet it’s hard to miss. And second after incredible mistake from the goalkeeper, i don’t think that Palacio made strong performance.
He scored in 2 out of 3 chances he had. We all want to see the player from last year, but I don’t think we ever will after the WC and his injury. At this age if he goes through surgery it’s game over for him. He knows it, and I respect him for the sacrifice. And those 2 goals would have been enough if our defense didn’t suck so hard.
Goals was 100% chances and he has no part in creating them, they was terrible opposite players mistakes. And only one tougher chance he’ve got, he missed. I respect Palacio for sacrifices and hard work on the filed, but if we want to achieve something better, he can’t be more of a lucky substitution in the end of the game.
