Reports in England and Spain confirms that Yaya Toure was offered a new renewal contract and he refused it as he wants a change of air and scenery, in addition to a few problems with the current board of Manchester City, with the good relations with Roberto Mancini suggesting a move to Inter.
Inter and Manchester City are said to be in negotiations regarding the transfer of Toure, and have been since Janaury, when the player was competing in the Africa Cup of Nations.
