Mateo Kovacic is considered to be one of the brightest talents in Europe and has reportedly been attracting interest from the English Premier League.
According to Sportske Novosti in Croatia, Everton are interested in signing Kovacic in the Summer and are preparing a 20 million Euro offer.
The 20 year old has recently signed a new contract so the deal would have to be irresistible for Inter to accept.
Sporting Director Piero Ausilio spoke to Sky Sports Italia earlier today:
“Our intentions are clear. We are building a team to last for a long time with very talented, young players. As well as Kovacic and Icardi we’ve added more quality players such as Brozovic and Shaqiri and we want to continue in this way.”

Plenty of bigger clubs around also showing interest in Kovacic. EUR 20M is to low a figure anyway, and if the only reason he would consider leaving Inter would be for a greater chance of playing in CL, I doubt Everton would be the place for him to move. Kovacic stays. End of story …
