Andrea Paventi from “Sky Sport” has shed light on the poor performances of Mateo Kovacic with during Inter’s match against Fiorentina. He said: “It was right to give Kovacic a chance after he improved against Cagliari. We should expect more from him. When subbed Shaqiri did better; however, this alternation will continue for the rest of the season and Inter and Mancini will likely stay with the same system. Kovacic was not decisive and never showed what his talent should allow him to do.”
