Inter drew Cesena on Sunday night and Gazzetta dello sport reports about the referee’s performance. According to the newspaper the referee and his linesman committed some big mistakes:

“After a calm first half, in the second half there are three big errors made by the referee Gervasoni and his linesmen. It starts with the assistant referee Iori who disallows a(very fine) goal scored by Icardi because of an offside that didn’t exist. After 51 minutes, there’s a contact between Dodo and Mudingayi in the area and there’s a push from the midfielder which means Inter could’ve got the penalty. After 56 minutes, Ranocchia fouls Carbonero and it was a clear penalty, which would also have meant the second yellow card for Ranocchia.”
