Gianluca Di Marzio spoke to Sky Sport 24 on the market for Inter.
According to the journalist there will be no surprises, Mancini will be the coach next year.
“Mancini will aim to build a more competitive Inter, he knew that when he signed the aim for Scudetto would be difficult to achieve at first, but now knows he has to be make the most of an upcoming transfer market. Inter is already moving. there is talk of Jovetic as big goal for the attack, their is also the desire to renew the contract of Icardi and focus on him. Toulalan could be a high profile, experience for the midfield. Mancini also continues to talk about Touré. the player has a great relationship with the coach. We should understand if a champion player would be willing to go to Inter. they also have a high salary, “said the journalist.

yea. maybe give RM another 2 years to fully show his worthiness to coach a club like Inter. Like Mou was given 2 years, why not with RM. So, im not going to comment further about his future, but only after each match game 🙂 Forza Inter!
just get rid of fuckin balcan players and buy some from bundesliga
you mean kuz,belec,krhin?
i mean balcan players, belec and krhin are not from balcan
I believe in mancini… but only if he can get good transfers…. and that seems impossible
mancio and thohir will give us some joy, just give them some time..
Were there any realistic doubts over Mancini being coach next season?
Anyway, if Toulalan is “high profile” and we’re also getting Toure, and Mancio loves Guarin, and Kovacic is our present and future – how many midfielders do we field next season? 10?
Either all the rumors are not making any sense or we’re not even aware about how much Mancini plans to change the squad this summer. And I think it’s the former.
We probably won’t even qualify for the EL and we’re talking about Jovetic and Toure – what the fuck? Do we have a covert Cristiano Ronaldo up for sale or something?
i always read people saying the same thing, no europe, no big signings, but that isnt true. look at man utd this year, biggest spending spree ever without any european competition, three players from the world cup final; rojo, blind, angel(bench). without forgetting falcao , shaw, herrera and whoever else. obviuosly man utd are much better than inter in terms of capital and revenue, but thats it. inter have the same champions league record, and are as successful domestically if not more, inter also have 3 europa league titles and 3 intercontinental cups. mancini has a clear vision and project, that attracted players like shaqiri. with all do respect; van gaal’s spending spree was a bit aimless.
i see no reason why inter cant attract big names given the real quality it already has and the standards it looks to achieve this coming season, the only obstacle would be financial
man utd has a lot of money to spend on wages, inter can’t go above 3-4 M per season.
man United and Real Madrid have the biggest fan base in the whole world, it’s very difficult to compare because inter fan base is probably quarter of man united of fan base if not less. Inter are able to attract names but are not able to purchase them and that why mr. Thohir is fighting tooth and nail with Italian federation with suggestions to increase the viewers of italian league, yet they dont give a crap, one example which is very crucial is to start matches earlier so the people in east Asia can watch the match in a reasonable time.
early start will take you nowhere right now, even a new stadium and you know why?because no benefit of starting early if you don’t play attractive football for those you target by early start, also if build a beautiful new stadium while you plays have of your matches during season in a shitty stadiums away that’s useless, my point is that to improve your revenue you have to improve the whole league including the style of play ,new stadiums, improved tv broadcasting technology, etc
Beautiful football without a doubt attracts more fans and revenues. My point is whether Italian league is actually playing good or not the fans do not have the luxury to watch the match because it’s too late and we’re talking about the biggest population in the world lies in Asia. So basically a combination of good football and good timing will result in major fan base and revenue.
you said that the only advantage man utd had over INTER is only better
capital and revenue? well, that is the only thing matter these days!
dude, do you even know how much man utd income?
a simple example, income from tv broadcasting, in premier league man utd got the 2nd biggest chunk of money from tv right.
meanwhile, there is a team called, hull city, they ranked 16th in premier league for income from tv broadcasting.
and INTER got same amount money with that freakin hull!!!
forget about all that past achievement you said, if you don’t have the money, then you can’t buy. you’re not living in a dream world.
Seriously, look the the sponsorship deals that Man United has. 104 Million EURO per YEAR for the next 10 years with their new Adidas contract! Chevrolet, another 65 Million per year as their main sponsor. We only get 20 million euro per year from Nike and around another 13-14 Million from Pirelli. From each clubs two main sponsors there is an incredible 135 million euros per year in commercial revenue. That’s almost our entire combined match day, commercial and broadcasting revenue for a year!
Manchester United are a financial juggernaut and it is stupid to think that even without European football we will be able to attract big names, and pay them. If we wanted to try and attract big names and hope for the best, we’ll end up like Parma, but thankfully we have a responsible management team that won’t do that.
The only obstacle would be financial? THATS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE
no one is arguing the difference in fan base or revenue, but the market is much more complicated. alot of players are willing to take the smaller offer in return for more playing time or an interesting project, and i think inter’s is one of the most attractive in europe; their are only a few guaranteed spots in the starting 11 a mix young extremely promising players, and others in their prime, with a new coach who wants to play attractive fast paced football. i think we will be amazed by the names inter will attract this summer, mancini and saviola have a big reputation in europe; with the latter being highly respected amongst players. add to that some ausilo sauce and the recipe looks promising. inter caused a stir this january that it hadn’t since we got eto, sneider and co.
you all may think im deluded, but i would say i am reasonably optimistic.
Toulalan and jojo are realistic options jojo is in the same situation as Shaqiri and Toulalan wants new adventure so i dont see why it wouldnt happen
That’s what I’m talking about, that we have to develop long term project and taking step by step. For next season we have to set easier targets Europa League spot will be good and we have to build around our young talents Juan, Kovacic, Shaqiri, Brozovic, Santon, Icardi, Murillo. That’s why we don’t need players like Toulalan or Milner and we can’t afford Yaya Toure. Now is time to offload players like Nagatomo, Kuzmanovic, Obi, Vidic, Botta and gain some money from that. Obviously Jonathan and Campagnaro leaving as a free agents and now in my opinion is the right time to sell Ranocchia (who despite he’s experience and time in the club is still inconsistent), Guarin ( who continue to showing he’s Doctor Jekyll and Mister Hyde side) and Handanovic if he refuses to sign new contract. And we have to stop setting impossible targets and overwhelming players to achieve everything right away.
And, 1 thing again, about formation. Although in the beginning I also support the use of 4-3-1-2, I think this formation not effective anymore and our flank become easily exploited by opponent’s winger.
That’s why I think we should change back to formation that use winger to help our full back when defending. 4-4-2 or back to 4-2-3-1 like what Mancini did in the beginning when he came. Medel & Brozovic in the middle 2. Than 3 behind Icardi would be Shaq-Kovacic-Guarin/Palacio.
Instead of Jovetic, how about Vietto..? I think Vietto could be cheaper… and please get Darmian too… we need new full back…
