Xherdan Shaqiri was interviewed by CNN and had the following things to say about his move from Bayern to Inter:
“I wanted to get to know a new mentality and this was important to me. I was very happy over the fact that Inter and their coach wanted me. I’m also close to my family and Switzerland is very close to Milan which is very important for me. Roberto Mancini has a lot of experience and he has returned to Inter to bring the club back to the levels where they were before. I believe we will return to the top in Italy and Europe in the future.”
