There are a lot of movement regarding Inter’s transfer market for the summer, especially around the defense and the midfield. Corriere dello Sport has listed the names that Ausilio is focusing on:
Dragovic is a player that Inter wants despite his high value. For the wing there is Vida but also he could be a costly solution. the last option could be Ghangzhou’s offensive defender, Lipeng Zhang. The Chinese club are asking for 8 million Euros to let him go.
For the midfield there is the never-ending story regarding Yaya Toure, the interest for Toulalan has slowed down since he’s close to renew his contract with Monaco, Inter is however confident that the player will keep his word and sign the contract worth 1.6 million Euros plus bonuses.

who the hell is lipeng zhang?
another player to ‘attract’ the fans?
one (Vidic) ‘marketing’ player wasn’t enough?
and now we want to add another ‘marketing’ player which is more expensive than Vidic (I don’t mind if he’s only 2-3 million, but c’mon, 8 million?!) while we seriously need that money in the middle of our financial condition to really build up competitive squad?
we surely wont attract fans when we’re stuck in the middle of table and not getting into Europe competition.
build a competitive squad and then start thinking about getting more fans not the other way around.
With our financial situation, we should go for expiring contract players like Glen Johnson, Sami Khedira, Neto, Konoplyanka , Bakkali and other valuable players.
Last days there’s a lot of talking about Jovetic. I like him, but he’s injury prone, now he’s a deep sub in City with very small playing time and despite that he will be expensive. I thought Salah show what he can and he’s not still Fiorentina player. There’s no space for him in Chelsea, couldn’t we convince Mourinho to help us and sell him for reasonable price around 10-15 million? He’s more versatile and will be better option than Jovetic.
Please add FABIAN SCHAR on the list
Shaqiri can help inter to get him
if ausilio don’t use it, he should go
If inter are buying linpeng zhang that would be the smartest move to make this summer.. Even if he is not a top player. Just imagine the amount of sales that would make specially if the player is loved there.. With over one billion population even if 40mill bought shirts that would fund inters transfer market.. A strategy Real Madrid uses easily because of their fan base worldwide.
isn’t that market already occupied by nagatomo
One is Japanese the other Chinese..
oh well 🙁 i made myself look stupid ….
Lol it’s okay we make mistakes.. But you made me think of another point inter could sell nagatomo as acquiring zhang meaning a much much larger market. In addition, I just read in Wikipedia about this player apparently Marcelo lippi said he is the best player in the Chinese league, even though the league is not as strong as serie a, at least he was praised by a well known coach. Moreover, it could provide funding from shirt sales and eventually be more appealing for the many Chinese investors to consider to invest In this club. This funding could ultimately be used in in inters future stadium, transfer market and/or covering ongoing debts from the banks.
i heard alot about how he is the Chinese sergio ramos “whatever that means ” and i think he is there captain , from the videos i saw of him he seems like a quality player and can be used for marketing aswell . he could be a cheap option for us . i think if this play is brought up for marketing it would only be for shirt sales , i think thohir has the money and the drive to bringg back inter by himself
No doubts about thohir, he really is doing everything he can to bring inter back to the top. In regards to investment, reputation is a major factor and with Chinese investors sponsoring inter would certainly raise their reputation back in China and the Asian market as supporting a player from their own country and ethnicity, in other words them investing in inter due to this player could eventually cause more businessmen to work with these investors.. It’s a win-win situation.. As inter benefits from the overall funding and the investors has a more positive image in the Asian market. Thohir mentioned time and time again how important it is to capture the Asian market and I think this is the way to do it.
But still overpriced for me. 8mio for another unproven player? Meh
I think that could be lowered to 5 mill and shirt sales alone could cover that.
in that case, Im gonna pray he can also quickly adapt to Serie A and help us.
We have consistently paid more than 8mil for significantly worse players. I’d prefer Zhang at 8mil than Murillo that’s for sure.
I believe this Zhang guy much better than Murillo according to you?
Dragovic! Hell yeah!
Surely theres more to this! Inter absolutely going for broke with this kind of business. They need to spend more because they know all players seeking European football. Furthermore, there still the FFP issue still unresolved yet. I don’t really think Toure coming either, he could end up at Chelsea or other rich clubs. Inter need to secure place in Europe next season to have any serious chance of landing a top player.
This is as perfect as it can get next season. It probably won’t but this is the maximum.
Dragovic and Vida are the better option, also Toure, Kovacic and Allan in the mid and Jovetic and Icardi in attack 🙂
Love the formation -seems like the team we are heading for but allan instead of toure sounds better
replace broz with hernanes
I’m personally not convinced by him, we’ve spent so much money and he’s shown us 1/10 of what was expected.
Brozovic is young, more energetic and has had better performances already. Besides, he’ll have a good understanding with Mateo, as they are also partners in the national team.
not murillo but schar, murillo just like juan jesus, mediocer player
Replace Murillo with JJ or perhaps even the CAPTAIN. Typical overrating of our inclusions by rosie-eyed Inter fans.
Inclusions cannot be overrated when your current defenders are utter SHIT (a response to your capitalizing of “captain”).
I’d give just about anyone a chance before Ranocchia right now, because the man has been a disgrace. I know it won’t happen, though. If he was getting benched, he was gonna get benched a long time ago. Now he’s gonna be given a new contract, which means he almost certainly won’t be leaving either.
“Inclusions cannot be overrated when your current defenders are utter SHIT”
Ahhh yes they can. The two concepts are not mutually exclusive. I’m not quite sure what point you’re trying to make, if indeed there is one.
You can have shit players in the side but still overrate inclusions. Inter fans have done this consistently for the past 4 years. Murillo is the last off the conveyor belt.
Btw Rano >>> Murillo. Only a fool would say otherwise.
We’ll have to see about that.
Can’t wait to see what you think when Ranocchia’s “streak” of 3 good games ends and he sells out another 3 points for us with some moronic dumbass move like slipping up or forgetting that he’s in a football stadium for a couple of seconds.
I’m not saying Murillo is Samuel, but have you even seen the boy play?
Ranocchia is miraculously good when he’s playing for Italy (or when he played for Bari under Conte, how many of those games have you seen?) – but he’s been way below standards since he joined Inter. Maybe he gets a partner that suits him next season and turns things around, I can only hope so. What I know I can say right now is that he’s been bad, very bad.
