There has been a lot of talk recently about Inter potentially signing Yaya Toure this summer. The Ivorian will most likely leave Manchester City in the summer transfer window. SkySport 24 journalist Massimo Marianella analyzed the situation:
“I think that the only factor that can make this move possible is Roberto Mancini. Inter are a great club. It would be a gamble to go to Italy, but Mancini is a symbol for many players, and everyone know what type of coach he is. At the moment, I know nothing about any deal, but I think that Mancini and Toure still have a good relationship. A big investment will have to be made to ensure the player is motivated, because he has already won everything in his career. ”

I dont want yaya to come who cares what a big name he is , yaya is old and we shouldn’t sell our young stars for him. How many seasons can he play at the top level 1 or 2, if this is the case why did we get rid of cambiasso and sell the club to thohir so we can rebuild yet I see us linked with these old players every single time. Also why pay a crazy salary for him. We can sell kova or icardi np but we get young bright players who will benefit us for alot of years, not yaya or toulalan. Mancini is out of his mind why should we spend so much on one player’s salary and sell our most priced starts for him. Just do the math this would be one of the worst business deals ever , yaya salary alone is equal to a transfer of a good players noting that if he comes his contract will be atleast 5m a year. If it reaches that stage I hope we as fans revolt on thohir’s twitter account if he has one:P really like how the fans blocked that stupid guarin vucinic swap.
I hope thohir says no this is why serie A is in decline they keep saying new project everyday and then get us recycled players.
Mancini is definitely not a good manager. He has always the best players at his disposal in his country. With Inter he had, with Gala he had and with City he had.
If you see the difference with Mourinho, you see that there is a huge difference in Quality. It’s called the champions league. This guy was fired because he couldn’t lifted the champions against big teams.
He only could defeated low teams because he had better quality player and they where smart enough to know what to do.
Look how he killed Kovacic just to mention. At the end of Mazzari’s period he was exploiting with goals and beautiful actions.
But then ”wise man” Macini came and told him only touch the ball ones. Because of the tempo of the game.
Players will learn that themself after years.
It looks like he damaged Kova’s brains by demanding him game after game to do that.
You don’t do that to a guy with little self confidence and very emotional, you handle this carefully.
He brashed our 90 million potential transfer into a not half of the 40 million we hope to get from him.
If you look to Shaqiri you see many ball contact which is lowing the game very much. Do we hear Mancini about this?
A very bad choice by the managment. Our only hope is that Mancini will pack his bags and we would hire Frank de Boer who will leave Ajax after this season.

Will it be Vidic 2.0. To me, Yaya Toure just like Pirlo. A real champion. He win a lot. But his salary pheww..That’s makes me scary.
I this actually going to happen??….it’s insane……he is TOO OLD, we need fresh enthusiasm at the club with young promising signings, but if a marquee signing is needed I dont believe it should be Yaya Blu-Ray….it should be somebody in their mid 20’s, not approaching mid 30’s
Paying millions for a player who is soon turning 32 years old and is already pretty much finished, at the same time making him the top earner in Serie A and sacrificing Kovacic or Icardi – with this move Mancini will absolutely ruin this so called project of Inter. A few years ago we started getting rid of our old players who were earning a lot and replacing them by younger players who are cheap and now they are reversing the process yet again. What a shame.
10milion.. he is 31years old.. or loan him.. then free..
His price tag makes me cringe… and ever since his brother died he hasn’t had his head in the game (which I don’t blame him for) – but it’s very hard for people to bounce back into their careers after such incidents especially sports players
