i think its a growth tactic to relieve the player for pressure. after good games the pressure to keep on performing will be higher for each good game. i think Mancini is doing a good job in this regard to be honest.

Hernanes was ok but dident do much beside the goals! I think Kovacic was the best player and then Ranocchia who saved us together with Handanovic save on Klose! And poor Icardi run alot but never got the pass!
