Inter full back Danilo D’Ambrosio has been speaking to Inter Channel following Inter’s 2-1 win against 9 man Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico tonight.
Here is what D’Ambrosio had to say:
“They made a strong start but we took the game to them right from the outset. We didn’t let up and we secured the win we really wanted.”
“Between now and the end of the season we have to win all of our matches and hope the others slip up. They defended well when they were down to 10 men. With nine men they sat in their own final third and it was difficult. Then the coach put on Podolski and we used the full width of the pitch.”
We hope the San Siro will be full for the Juventus match. The fans really are our 12th man and we hope to give them more to shout about.”

Waste of a player yesterday… If you couldn’t play full 90 then you wasted one of our subs… Not that Mancini uses subs effectively anyway to be fair.
I can’t believe we have Santon on he bench and this guy gets to play. I wonder what his stats are on successful cross rate. I’d be surprised if it’s higher than 15%. And he gets to play…
and it you can say that too to Dodo, Nagatomo, Donkor and JJ (and Campagnaro since Mancio see him as a fullback lol)
