Inter have lost the race for Paulo Dybala to Juventus. The Nerazzurri came in late with a 34 million euro bid for the Argentine, but Zamparnini promised that he would not back out of the agreement with Marotta. Journalist Alfredo Pedulla states that the late bid was made to get attention. The Nerazzurri could have also thought that they had time to table an offer. Inter soon learned that completing a deal would be impossible because the player and the club had already reached an agreement with Juventus.

Dybala is great but he is not worth 34 million just yet, he’s still relatively unproven. How many players have we seen have great seasons then simmer down after that.
Now Juve will get – Darmian, Allan, Berardi and Dybala and we are fu^k again 🙂

This is for the best. Spending this kind of money on a talented player is a luxury we can’t have – lets strengthen the squad as a whole, not use most of our transfer fees on one striker.
